    Yes, we offer complimentary sample testing services. Simply send us your materials and cover the shipping costs to us. Our technicians will use the appropriate laser processing machines to conduct cutting, marking, or welding tests. We will provide video documentation of the process and cover the return shipping costs for the tested samples.

    What is the warranty period for the laser processing machines?

    Our laser machines come with a one-year warranty (excluding parts and consumables). During this period, we provide free on-site service (domestically). After the warranty period, repair costs are determined based on the damage, with transparent pricing. Lifetime after-sales service is available, including free remote technical support for repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and training.

    How soon can the laser machines be shipped?

    Once we receive your payment, your laser processing machine enters our production queue. Typically, for standard equipment, we can ship within 10 working days. This time frame allows us to assemble, test, and perform quality assurance on your laser processing machine to ensure it meets our high standards. However, the actual shipping time may vary based on the number of orders in our queue and any customizations required for your laser machine. If there are custom modules or a high volume of orders, the shipping time might be longer. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the process.
