Once we receive the samples, we choose the right laser machine based on the material and desired results, whether it's cutting, marking, or welding. We can provide video documentation of the process. After testing, we send the samples back to you with the return shipping costs on us.
We offer customized laser processing machinery tailored to our clients’ specific needs. This includes adjusting process settings and designing specialized assembly lines with high levels of automation to boost production efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Based on your actual products, we can provide sample testing and deliver complete solutions, including detailed 3D drawings and documentation. Our comprehensive customization service ensures all your requirements regarding the laser processing machines are met, helping you achieve your desired outcomes. Below is an example of our project customization capabilities:
Recommended design drawing for Chunchen Technology five-axis welding machine. Estimated equipment dimensions: (L x W x H) 1000 x 1050 x 1700 mm.
Chunchen Technology custom-produces five-axis automatic welding machines with excellent welding results. The specific diagram is as follows:
The A axis remains stationary at 0 degrees, while the X axis rotates 45 degrees clockwise to weld 8 points
The A axis remains stationary at 0 degrees, while the X axis rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise to weld 8 points
The X axis is fixed at -45 degrees, and the A axis rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise to weld 4 points
The X axis remains fixed at -45 degrees, while the A axis rotates 180 degrees clockwise to weld 4 points
We can customize multi-cavity fixtures based on your specific needs. The estimated welding cycle is 26-28 seconds per piece, and the production time for the equipment is approximately 20 days.
Detailed Design of the Five-Axis Automatic Welding MachineWe offer a range of spare parts such as galvanometer scanners, rotary axes, fixtures, chillers, lifting axes, and field lenses. For customers within the warranty period, we provide free parts support, with the exception of shipping costs. Customers outside the warranty period will need to purchase these components separately.
