Laser cutting technology is also used for producing detailed and precise cuts on large format materials. This processing technology is used in various industries, such as manufacturing, advertising, and crafts, to create intricate designs and shapes on materials like acrylic, rubber, leather, fabric, foam, and paper.
Our large format CO₂ laser cutting machine is a professional tool for automatic engraving and cutting. It uses a 1064μm laser beam to etch and cut non-metal and semi-metal materials. The CO₂ laser cutter, driven by an electric gas laser, is capable of cutting various materials efficiently. The standard cutting size for this laser cutter is 1200*800mm, with customizable options for other dimensions.
This laser cutter is widely used in various industries, including fashion and apparel, leather goods, packaging and printing, advertising and decoration, interior design, acrylic products, artistic gifts, computer embroidery, wood products, and medium-density fiberboard cutting. It is perfect for precise cutting of non-metal sheets and other materials.

The CO₂ laser cutting machine operates by using a controller (CNC or DSP) to drive the CO₂ gas laser tube to emit a beam. This beam is directed through reflectors to the cutting head, where a focusing lens converges the beam to a single point, achieving extremely high temperatures. High temperature causes the excess material to instantly vaporize into gas, which is then removed by an exhaust fan, creating a precise cut.
